BTIA provides a full range of services to our valued clients including sourcing and advertising, pre-screening, hotel booking, interview and selection, candidate document processing, training and trade testing, mobilization, family assistance, vacation assistance etc.

Sourcing & Advertising

BTIA maintains a large database of applicants for various trades and disciplines, and most of the times we will be able to readily provide resumes of available candidates for client review and selection. However, for large requirements we will have to resort to field recruiting, advertising, and even resort to training to come up with the required number of candidates.

In cases where we will have to advertise, BTIA will coordinate with the clients regarding the medium of advertisement, the design and contents of the advertisement, dates and publications and cost involved. After client approval, we will place ads and collect, sort and review the resumes for further action.

Pre-Screening

BTIA will thoroughly review all the resumes by experienced Recruiting Engineers and match them to the client requirement, conduct initial interview with the applicant to ascertain the suitability for the positions, verify all the credentials and experience certificates before presenting the candidates for client interview.

Interview & Selection Process

BTIA will coordinate with the client the interview schedule and arrange for the candidates to be available on appointed date and time at our offices for the client’s representative to interview. In cases where the client would like to interview them in a hotel, we can arrange that too. If BTIA is given the responsibility of selecting the candidates, we will interview and select the candidate based on the specifications and requirements provided to us by the client and a selected list will be provided to the client.

Hotel Accommodation

BTIA has negotiated and maintains corporate accounts with major hotels in and around Cochin with specially discounted rates against the published rates, and we can provide these discounted rates to our clients.

Travel Document Processing

BTIA will also assist the applicants in procuring the personal documents required for processing them for deployment such as passport, medical etc. This will speed up the process of recruitment and deployment.

Training and Trade Test

At the request of the client, BTIA can also provide the applicants with specialized training, refresher courses, upgrade skills, trade tests, etc. as these facilities are provided by our associate institution, Balanagar ITC which is affiliated to the NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training), of the Government of India.
