Balanagar Technical Institute Association (BTIA), was launched way back in 1972 as a “Social Welfare & Charitable Institution” by a small group of CST Brothers, and is a pioneer educational organization run by the CST brothers who have dedicated their lives for the noble cause of uplifting of the down trodden and weaker sections of the society, irrespective of their caste, creed, or colour.

 This 250 bedded multi-speciality hospital was started in 1951 as a memorial of the Golden Jubilee of the Priestly Ordination of Mar Augustine Kandathil, the founder of the CST Congregation.
The hospital has specialized doctors in various departments such as General Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, Urology, Dentistry, etc. besides full-fledged Operation Theatres, Medical Labs, X-Ray and Ultrasound Scanning facilities, Pharmacy, 24 hours Ambulance service, etc. Besides the new wing which was completed around a year back, we are in the process of constructing a multi-storied most modern hospital complex |
